Covid-19 emergency: numbers and contacts

We ask everybody – the general public, our customers and users – to make use of the digital and telephone channels to contact A2A Group for communications and enquiries.

All of the Group’s emergency response numbers (electricity and gas networks, water service, district heating and public lighting) and apps (urban cleaning, e-mobility and public lighting) are active.

Using the dedicated platform, it is possible, online, to make appointments at our help desks.

Below, you will find all the other telephone and online contact details of the Group’s Customer Service, as well as updated information on our local help desks.


 

ELECTRICITY AND GAS

The Customer Service can be contacted from Mondays to Fridays 8.30-17.00 at 800 199955 (landline calls) and 02 82841510 (mobile and international calls), with costs depending on provider charges. Alternatively, for the Brescia help desk, it is possible to make appointments online.

ENVIRONMENT

It is possible to contact the Customer Service at the Helpline number 800 332299 from Mondays to Fridays 7.30 -17.20 and on Saturdays and Sundays 7.30-16.00.

ACTIVITIES FOR SCHOOLS

  

Educational visits to our facilities and offices have been suspended until further notice.

It is possible to consult the edutv.a2a.eu section for useful distance-learning tips on subjects related to science and history, technology and sustainability. This year, the section will be enhanced with 10 webinars, held by Cristina Gabetti, on the UN’s 2030 Agenda.
